As a member of the IT team at Ealing CLC, I provide 1st line technical assistance to all users attending the Centre in addition to occasional offsite support to a small number of primary schools in the borough. I am responsible for the management of all ICT resources at both Acton and Northolt sites and I am also an ECDL Invigilator. |
