The Ealing Excellence in Cities (EiC) programme provides
targeted support for schools in Ealing. It offers a real chance to transform
urban secondary education and the results show that it is already beginning
to pay off.
The EiC programme provides resources and a coherent programme of strategies
focused on teaching and learning, behaviour and attendance, and leadership.
In Ealing all 13 High schools constitute the partnership.
The programme in Ealing is represented by the following strands:

• Leadership Incentive Grant
• Learning Mentors
• Northolt EAZ
