Bookings

Ealing City Learning Centre has five discrete teaching areas which are used on a regular basis by a large number of different groups: students from the host school, students from partnership schools – primary and secondary, local community groups and local businesses. Each of these groups has different needs at different times, both throughout the academic year and during school holidays. Ealing CLC is attempting to meet the needs of everyone who uses the centre and in order to achieve this efficiently, and to ensure equitable access, we have introduced a booking form. In completing this form you will give us the information we need to ensure that your visit to the CLC is as productive and enjoyable as possible.

To enable your booking to be dealt with efficiently would you please ensure the following:

• Booking Forms are submitted by email, fax, post or in person as far in advance of the date required as possible
• Forms are completed with as much detail as possible. If you require equipment and do not say so we cannot guarantee that it will be available
• The group leader or teacher responsible for the delegates/students on the day should become a member of Ealing CLC before the first date students are brought to the centre

Staff members at Ealing CLC try to be as flexible as possible. We are always willing to offer additional help and alternative dates if necessary. Please discuss your needs with the administrator if you require any of the following:

• You wish to book more than 4 sessions at a time
• You wish to book rooms outside of the core hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm .
• A trainer. All staff at the centre are able to deliver training in different areas, such as interactive whiteboard training, ECDL etc. In addition, we can arrange for specialist trainers to deliver courses using a range of software and skills including Music Technology, DVD Editing, touch-typing etc.

Please note: If we do not have sufficient notice of your booking (i.e. minimum two days) we will be unable to provide written confirmation, which we aim to do with all bookings.
