Tea, coffee, water and biscuits are provided at a cost of £2 per delegate for the day or £1 per am/pm session
Cancellations
There will be no charge if you cancel prior to five working days of your booking. If a cancellation is made within five working days of the date booked, a standard cancellation charge of 20% of the total booking fee will be applied
Consumables
The following charges apply to all groups using the CLC, although as with the room bookings, we will not charge for items if we are delivering the event or course for you or if special arrangements have been made in advance
