Feedback Procedures
Ealing CLC welcomes all comments and suggestions, both positive and negative, which reflect your experience at the centre. Feedback will enable us to continually improve our services and facilities.
Complaints
If you have a complaint relating to the centre, whether it relates to a member of staff or CLC services or facilities, please raise it at the earliest opportunity. If your complaint relates to a member of staff please contact the CLC manager directly. If your complaint relates to CLC services or facilities please contact the administrator or complete the ‘suggestions for improvement' box below.
All comments will be considered in the strictest confidence.
